Cell Boundary Detection By PeakFitting
Cell boundary detection and segmentation based on peak fitting
Input: 2D time series image stack with multicellular epithelia image, with cell boundary labeling.
Output: A text file with detected peak positions.
A segmentation algorithm deigned for Drosophila epithelia cells, to follow the cell dynamics.
- uses R function from ImageJ to fit cell boundary as a peak position.

Download peakfitStack.py and open it from script editor, and execute the script.
